We have credited this simple time sheet for those who are not ready for a time clock system.
The timesheet is in a Microsoft Office 2007 Word format that requires macros to be enabled. The macros load the current time and date to the fields when clicked in. The daily total fields will automatically calculate the amount of hours for you. The sub-total fields will total up the fields for that week. Then the total field also updates automatically and updates the fields that total up Regular hours, Vacation Hours, Sick Hours and Overtime Hours. The overtime hours are based on 80 hours for the two weeks but this is a simple update to the macro to make it change.
This design was to save on people loading their hours by hand and taking the time to calculate out their hours.
Macros Must be enabled to use the automatic calculations.
